As capital of the Roman province of Lusitania, Emérita had important public buildings such as the theater, amphitheater and circus, as well as bridges and aqueducts, which today constitute one of the best preserved monumental collections in Europe.

Thanks to this, it is currently possible to see parts of these buildings and Roman infrastructures on a tour across the city, which VirTimePlace reproduces on your screen following you through the GPS, to show how each was in their original state.

Release notes:

As a work under continuous development to incorporate new investigations, currently are pending the aqueduct and thermal baths of San Lazaro.

Documentación:

Performed by the VirTimePlace team, in collaboration with Consorcio Mérida Monumental.
